Job Title: Experienced Gardener in Bungoma, Nepal


We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Bungoma, Nepal. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the plants and green spaces of our company. Your main duties will include planting, watering, pruning, weeding, and other general maintenance tasks to ensure that our gardens and landscapes are kept in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting new trees and flowers according to the season and specific instructions
- Regularly watering plants to keep them healthy and thriving
- Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and promote growth
- Weeding gardens and flower beds to prevent overgrowth
- Applying fertilizers, pesticides, or other treatments as needed
- Maintaining garden tools and equipment in good working condition
- Keeping the garden area clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, trees, and their specific care requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues with plants or green spaces
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Nepali nationality preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.
