Mason Supervisor

A construction company in Jizan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee the masonry work on various projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in masonry, preferably in the construction industry. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, has strong leadership skills, and can effectively manage a team of masons.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the masonry team.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Train and supervise new masons on techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor quality control and ensure that all work meets industry standards.
- Order materials and supplies needed for masonry work.
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry, preferably in the construction industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Knowledge of different types of bricks, stones, and other materials used in masonry work.
- Experience with bricklaying, stonework, and other types of masonry construction.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
- Biometric passport or valid ID for foreigners applying for this role.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. We encourage Nepali candidates who meet the requirements to apply for this position.
