Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in St. Petersburg. You will be the first point of contact for any computer-related issues and will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Your main duties will include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software malfunctions, and performing routine maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for setting up new user accounts, providing training on basic computer skills, and maintaining accurate documentation of all support activities.
