Finisher for Construction Company in Atlanta, USA

We are hiring a highly skilled Finisher to join our construction team in Atlanta, USA. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying final touches to construction projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards and specifications. Your duties will include smoothing and leveling surfaces, filling cracks and holes, and applying paint or other finishes. You should have experience with various finishing techniques and tools, as well as the ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Free visa and ticket will be provided for qualified Kenyan candidates. No English proficiency required but preferred. Prior experience is not necessary but considered a plus.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Familiarity with construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions
- Kenyan nationality preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or filling holes/cracks
- Apply finishes such as paint, varnish or plaster using appropriate tools
- Smooth surfaces using sandpaper or other materials
- Inspect finished work for defects and ensure it meets quality standards
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
- Maintain clean and organized work area
