Hotel Concierge

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Hotel Concierge to join our team at our luxury hotel in Multan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and policies
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Process payments for services provided by the concierge desk

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or similar role in a high-end hotel setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
