We are seeking a highly efficient and organized Concierge to join our team in Multan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with their needs during their stay. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle any guest complaints or issues effectively
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
