Office Manager - Part Time (Visa Sponsorship Available)
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in our office located in the beautiful city of Fonvieille, Monaco. This position offers visa sponsorship for non-Monaco nationals and is ideal for someone who is looking for an urgent job opportunity.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical tasks within the office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office manager and be familiar with office management software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of office management software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Fluency in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
Salary: $1500 per month
