Surveyor (Pakistani Nationals Only)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Pula. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land areas, collecting data, and analyzing it to determine property boundaries and other important information. You must have a strong understanding of surveying principles, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Excellent knowledge of surveying principles, tools, and techniques
- Proficiency in using survey equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of structures, topography, etc.
- Use survey equipment to collect accurate data
- Analyze data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Prepare legal descriptions for properties
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects on projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
