Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database software
- Create and maintain database structures
- Monitor database performance and optimize as needed
- Troubleshoot any database issues that arise
- Ensure data security and implement appropriate backup and recovery procedures
- Develop and implement data standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Collaborate with developers to design efficient database structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficient in SQL and database management tools
- Strong knowledge of database security, backup, and recovery strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
