Land Surveyor

Our fast-growing surveying firm in Chelyabinsk is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys and creating accurate land survey maps using specialized equipment and software. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and preparing reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other important information
- Use specialized surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect accurate data
- Create detailed maps and diagrams using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors
- Prepare reports and present findings to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members on large-scale projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and CAD software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
