Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager - Nakuru, Kenya
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Create sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and supervise the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
