Our international software company in Braga is seeking a motivated and dedicated Teamlead to join our dynamic team. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and overseeing the development of various software projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Plan and coordinate project timelines and tasks
- Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the development process
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Prior experience as a team lead or manager preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Valid visa sponsorship or eligibility to work in Portugal
