Job Title: Senior Level Developer

We are in search of a highly experienced and skilled Senior Level Developer to join our team in Svalbard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and be able to take on a leadership role within our development team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior developers
- Design, code, test, and debug software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience working with database management systems such as SQL or Oracle
- Knowledge of web development frameworks like React or AngularJS
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role
