Part-Time Typesetter

We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Alta on a part-time basis. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting and arranging text and graphics for various print and digital materials, ensuring they are visually appealing and error-free. This is an urgent position, so we prefer candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Set and arrange text and graphics for various print and digital materials
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality output
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design
- Make necessary adjustments to layouts based on feedback from team members or clients
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; degree or certificate in Graphic Design or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout design, and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic understanding of printing processes
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Salary: $1700/month
