Personal Trainer - Fitness Specialist


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness plans for clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will also lead group fitness classes and provide guidance and motivation to help clients reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments for new clients to determine their current fitness level, health history, and goals.
- Develop personalized fitness plans for clients based on their goals, abilities, and limitations.
- Lead one-on-one personal training sessions with clients to help them achieve their desired results.
- Provide guidance and support during group fitness classes, ensuring proper form and technique is being used at all times.
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition in achieving their fitness goals.
- Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and make necessary adjustments to their training plan.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients.

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in the field.
- Excellent knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and human behavior.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others towards reaching their fitness goals.
- Passionate about health and wellness.
- Fluent in Arabic (preferred) or English.
