Gardener in Bansko, Bulgaria - Contract Position for Filipino Candidates


We are currently hiring for the position of Gardener in the beautiful city of Bansko, Bulgaria. As a gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients. This is a contract position suitable for Filipino candidates who are English-speaking and looking for job opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing plants
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal schedules
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues or diseases that may arise
- Regularly clean and maintain garden equipment
- Ensure that all outdoor spaces are clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute garden layouts and designs

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a gardener or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of plant care techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit to handle gardening tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
