Job Title: Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a well-established restaurant in Os. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that the dining experience is enjoyable for all patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and take accurate food and drink orders
- Provide recommendations on food and beverage choices
- Serve food and drinks to guests according to their preferences
- Monitor table turnover and ensure prompt service
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and workstations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Attention to detail with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
