Excavator Operator
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania
We are hiring an experienced and skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move materials on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and the ability to follow safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators according to safety standards
- Use hand and foot controls to operate the excavator on construction sites
- Load and unload materials onto trucks using the excavator's bucket or other attachments
- Prepare work area by removing debris and obstacles
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow excavation plans provided by supervisors
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of construction projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator, preferably in a construction setting
- Valid certification or license to operate heavy machinery
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to operate hand and foot controls for extended periods of time
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
