Part-Time Office Manager
We are hiring a part-time office manager for our company based in Karachi. As the office manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a flexible work schedule and willing to take on a variety of tasks. No prior experience is required, making this a great option for freshers or those seeking their first job. Candidates with own visa are preferred. Salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain office equipment and schedule repairs when necessary
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate staff members
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Keep track of employee attendance records
- Assist with recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate database
- Create reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
