Floral Designer

We are hiring a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Faro. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements for various occasions. This role requires someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for all things floral.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create flower arrangements for weddings, parties, funerals, and other events
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Ensure quality and freshness of all floral products
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral selections
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry
- Assist with general shop duties such as cleaning and organizing

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in floral design or related field
- Creative flair and ability to design unique arrangements
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $1300 per month
