Part-Time Carpenter (Egyptian Nationals)



We are seeking skilled and experienced carpenters from Egypt to join our team in Nairobi on a part-time basis. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures according to project requirements. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and join wood materials using hand tools or machines
- Install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and stairs
- Repair or replace damaged wooden structures or fixtures
- Sand surfaces and apply varnish or other finishes as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality with valid work permit in Kenya (visa sponsorship available)
- Proven experience as a carpenter (minimum 2 years)
- Basic English proficiency preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of wood properties and woodworking techniques
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Salary will be prorated based on the number of hours worked.

Location:
The job is located in Nairobi, Kenya. Accommodation will not be provided.
