Cruise Line Waitstaff


We are in search of experienced Waitstaff to join our Cruise Line team in Doha. As a Waitstaff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving guests on board the cruise ship. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position requires individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they board the cruise ship
- Take food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and follow proper food handling procedures
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times
- Collaborate with other waitstaff members to provide top-notch service to guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Must be physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays if needed
