Floral Designer
Location: Lisbon, Portugal


We are a well-established floral design company based in Lisbon, Portugal and we are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements and designs for various events and occasions.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other occasions
- Source and purchase flowers, plants, and other materials needed for each project
- Ensure that all designs are completed within the given budget and timeline
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and ensure that they are properly stored
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry to offer new and innovative designs to clients

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Excellent design skills with a strong eye for detail
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create unique designs
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- A flexible schedule as this role may require working on weekends or holidays
