Senior Developer


We are hiring a Senior Developer to join our team in Faro. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and be able to lead complex projects from start to finish. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions, managing and mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, free visa and ticket provided. Freshers are welcome to apply, but must possess the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing software solutions that meet business needs
- Leading projects from conception to completion
- Mentoring and coaching junior developers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Staying updated on industry trends and implementing best practices
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ensuring code quality through testing and code reviews

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Proven experience leading complex projects
- Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
