Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, and construction of building projects in Utena, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. You will lead a team of architects and engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review technical drawings and provide expert input on design decisions
- Manage project resources, including hiring and supervising staff as needed
- Collaborate with contractors to resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in Utena (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience working with contractors and other stakeholders in a collaborative manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal (knowledge of Lithuanian language is preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month. Additional benefits such as accommodation may be provided depending on individual circumstances.
