Salary: $1700 per month


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, provide data for construction projects, and create maps and reports. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and is able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Work closely with engineers and architects to provide accurate data for construction projects
- Utilize computer software programs to assist with survey calculations and mapping
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
