We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Los Angeles. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and tailored language instruction to students of all ages and levels. This full-time position requires previous teaching experience, preferably with Indian students, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions based on students' needs and goals
- Develop customized lesson plans that align with students' learning styles and abilities
- Utilize various teaching materials and methods to enhance students' understanding of the English language
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors to create a positive learning environment for all students
- Keep accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in teaching English as a second language
- Fluency in Indian languages preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse students
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and vocabulary
- Willingness to work full-time with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
