Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with users to understand their needs and requirements
- Recommend system upgrades or new software/hardware solutions to enhance functionality
- Create detailed reports outlining analysis findings and proposed solutions
- Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure system changes are effective
- Provide technical support to users regarding system issues or questions
- Conduct training sessions for users on new systems or procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively
- Proficient in various operating systems, databases, programming languages, and network configurations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Akron (Preference given to Indian or Canadian candidates)
