We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a premier restaurant in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries and desserts, as well as managing the pastry section of our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries and desserts according to our restaurant's standards and recipes
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients for the pastry section
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry station at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs in menu planning and development
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of different types of pastries, dessert plating techniques, flavor combinations, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Creativity and attention to detail in presentation of dishes
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month. Accommodation can also be provided for non-local candidates.
