Experienced Tiler for Full Time Position in Gujrat, Pakistan


We are a reputable construction company in Gujrat, Pakistan seeking an experienced Tiler to join our team full time. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles on various surfaces such as walls, floors, and countertops. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, following blueprints or drawings
- Cut and shape tiles according to specifications using hand or power tools
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them
- Spread adhesive or mortar evenly over the surface before placing tiles
- Align tiles properly and ensure they are level and straight
- Fill joints between tiles with grout and remove excess grout from the surface
- Install tile edges or corners as needed
- Apply sealants to protect tiles from moisture damage
- Repair or replace damaged tiles when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler, preferably in a construction or renovation setting
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, and shaping tiles accurately
- Strong understanding of different tile types, patterns, colors, and textures
- Excellent knowledge of tile adhesives, grouts, sealants, and other materials used for installation/repair
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed
- Attention to detail with an eye for precision
- Good communication skills
- Own visa/work permit is preferred
