We are in need of a skilled and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Karachi. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests, making their stay with us unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests and make reservations as requested
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Concierge or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Familiarity with the local area and attractions is highly preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.
