Entry Level Waiter



As an Entry Level Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with tact and resolution
- Assist with cleaning tables, resetting for new guests, and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry up to 25 pounds for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We offer competitive salary of $1100 per month along with tips. This is a full-time position based in Copenhagen. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide accommodation at this time.
