Sales Representative

A rapidly growing retail company in Manama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify potential customers and actively pursue sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate products to customers
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries, complaints, and returns
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to develop new sales strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or customer service role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus
