Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred) - Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales professionals. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. We welcome Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have the right to work in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the same industry (preferably in Qatar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in Qatar
