Part-Time Administrator in Oslo, Norway
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain company records and documents
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to legally work in Norway without sponsorship
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible but must be agreed upon by the employee and employer.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000 USD per month.
