Administrative Coordinator
We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Oslo! As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to our team. You should have at least 2 years of experience in administration and excellent organizational skills. Accommodation and visa sponsorship can be provided if needed. This position is open to both men and women.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the team such as preparing documents, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assist with budget management and tracking expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Act as the point of contact for all inquiries from clients or visitors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administration or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
