Instrument Technician - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in industrial settings. This includes calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting instruments to ensure their accuracy and functionality.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry. You should have a strong understanding of different types of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and control valves. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on all instruments and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with instruments and make necessary repairs
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy
- Test new instruments before they are put into use
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry
- Strong understanding of different types of instruments
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
