As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Shan. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will also include creating work schedules, managing inventory and supplies, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in the restaurant industry with proven experience in a managerial position. You must possess excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask effectively. A customer-oriented mindset is essential to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations in the restaurant
- Manage and lead a team of staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Create work schedules for staff
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Oversee financial transactions including cash handling and banking procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues as they arise
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, service standards, health codes, and financial management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is preferred but not required
