Indian Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Shan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and culture, as well as excellent leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Ensure high quality food and beverage offerings that align with the restaurant's concept and standards
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent service to customers
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant, including sales, expenses, and profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menus and specials that appeal to our target audience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control measures
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Education:
A degree or diploma in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required.

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1700$, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
