Job Title: Solar Installer



We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of solar panels and systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and associated equipment according to manufacturer's instructions
- Perform site surveys and determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Ensure all electrical connections are properly made and comply with safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process
- Adhere to project timelines and communicate any delays or challenges to the project manager
- Maintain a clean and organized work site at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Technical knowledge of solar panel installation, wiring, and electrical systems
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
