Sales Associate - Retail (Indian Nationals)



Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This is a full-time position, open to Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and make product recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and company policies
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization at all times
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid visa to work in Jeddah
- Previous retail experience is not required but preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
