Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (English-Speaking)

We are a busy restaurant in Moscow looking for an experienced and passionate Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian cuisine restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and food standards, and maximizing profitability.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is an advantage
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
- Ensure high quality of food and service standards are maintained at all times
- Train new staff members on restaurant procedures and policies
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and ensure timely resolution
- Create new menus or specials to attract customers and increase revenue
- Oversee purchasing of ingredients and supplies from vendors at competitive prices
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement when necessary

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Moscow, Russia
