Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Kaunas. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with clients, and closing sales. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This is a commission-based role with a salary of 1300$, so the more you sell, the more you earn. No English language skills are required for this position, making it an ideal opportunity for foreigners looking to work in Kaunas. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying potential clients and developing relationships with them
- Conducting research on potential clients and their needs
- Presenting our products or services to potential clients and explaining their benefits
- Negotiating terms of sale and closing deals
- Maintaining knowledge of current market trends and competitors' products
- Providing excellent customer service to existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with relevant software programs (e.g., CRM systems)
- A valid work permit or visa that allows you to work in Kaunas
