Online Consultant - Lisbon, Portugal


As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. You will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing accurate information and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products or services offered by the company.
- Assist with product or service troubleshooting and offer solutions to resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues or provide additional support when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the company's database.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using various online communication tools such as email, chat, social media platforms.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work on different shifts including weekends if needed.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role is desirable.
