Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist in daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Os, preferably for local candidates or those willing to relocate.
Note: This is a part-time position without accommodation. The company will provide free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
