Sales Manager - Indian Nationals in Nizwa, Oman
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to make necessary improvements
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Indian national residing in Nizwa, Oman (preferable)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry/field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
- Ability to travel for business purposes
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
