Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor in Vianden, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of formworkers and ensuring that all construction projects are completed according to plans and specifications. You will be expected to have experience in the construction industry, particularly in formwork, and be able to effectively manage and motivate your team. Your role will also involve maintaining a safe working environment, monitoring progress and quality of work, and communicating with clients and other contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of formworkers and ensure they are following safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers to determine project requirements
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Inspect work for quality assurance
- Train new employees on proper techniques for formwork installation
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Experience managing a team preferred
- Knowledge of formwork systems and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages an asset)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
