Formworker - Construction Associate in Vianden, Luxembourg



We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and installing the necessary molds or forms to hold concrete in place during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark designated areas for concrete placement
- Cut and shape wooden or metal molds according to project specifications
- Install and secure molds using hand tools, nails, bolts or screws
- Pour and spread concrete into the molds using various techniques such as wheelbarrows, pumps or buckets
- Smooth and level out concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Remove molds after concrete has set and cure according to project timeline
- Repair or replace damaged molds as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in construction industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following project specifications
- Skilled in using hand/power tools such as saws, drills, hammers etc.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
