As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that meet the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele
- Oversee food preparation and ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Manage inventory and control costs to maintain profitability
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Knowledge of Bulgarian cuisine is preferred but not required
