Part-Time Construction Manager


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all safety measures are followed on site
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, issues, and resolutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Procore
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues before they arise

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working in the construction industry in Isa Town or surrounding areas
- Valid visa for sponsorship (if applicable)

Salary:
$1500 per month (based on experience)
